Why I love SmartSuite
After much trial and error with SOOO many Project management apps, my team and I landed on SmartSuite as our clear favorite. There are many on the market to choose from and if you're already using another....AND YOU & YOUR DESIGN TEAM ACTUALLY USE IT, then by all means stay with it! If however you are looking for a place to manage EVERYTHING in your firm (from data to people to sales to projects) then I encourage you to check this out! A good management tool needs to be:
- Easy to use
- Be visually pleasing
- Be able to link to your other tools

Every business big or small should have a bookkeeper to track finances, but every business owner (for that matter everyone) should have a budget. What's the difference? A bookkeeper records what has happened and budget lets you PLAN FOR THE FUTURE.
If you take (or plan on taking) retainers or deposit payments that are applied at a later date - then this is the only tool I found that does this effectively. The team also loves that they can see how much time remains on a project and I love the seamless integration with Quickbooks

One of my favourite features is its seamless integration with Canva. Together they make creating and scheduling contact a breeze!
The easiest and most cost-effective way I found to make BEAUTIFIL on brand printed materials like our amazing business cards - super thick and feel like velvet - everyone says WOW!
